These terms cover your use of Arbor. We've kept them as plain as we can. By downloading or using the app, you agree to what's written here.

In spirit: Arbor is a tool for reflection and calm. It is not therapy or medical care. Use it gently, and reach for professional support when you need it.

01Using Arbor

Arbor is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may use it on devices you own or control. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.

02Your account

You can use Arbor anonymously without an account. If you create one to sync across devices, you're responsible for keeping access to it secure. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

03Content and affirmations

The cards, illustrations, and affirmations in Arbor are ours or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal reflection. They're offered for wellbeing and inspiration, not as professional advice.

Important: Arbor is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or crisis care. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or a local support service.

04Arbor Pro & subscriptions

Arbor Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation.
It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Prices may change; we'll always show the current price before you subscribe.

05Acceptable use

When using Arbor, please don't attempt to disrupt the service, access it through unauthorized means, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

06Availability

We work to keep Arbor running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change, and content updates may be added or removed over time.

07Disclaimers & liability

Arbor is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Some places don't allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

08Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the date above, and continued use of Arbor after changes means you accept the updated terms.
